Exclusive manufacturing technology, a first-ever to use titanium tubes
While gas, coal, heavy oil, light oil, refined oil, by-product fuel oil, and incineration fuel are burned in heat-generating facilities, corrosive exhaust gases are generated. DAEMYUNG holds exclusive internal technology that uses non-corrosive titanium for the low-temperature, high-efficiency heat exchange system that recovers the waste heat at a low temperature by condensation.
Divisible structure made of sections
Depending on the dimensions of a heat-generating facility and capacity of the heat exchange system for the recovery of waste heat, the capacity of the heat exchange system can be adjusted in line with number of sections. It can be installed in spaces with a narrow entrance.
Special manufacturing by means of tube expansion technology, not by welding:
Titanium can be welded only in a special environment, and so many difficulties are involved in its manufacturing process. DAEMYUNG’s internal R&D efforts made for a prolonged period of time have resulted in a groundbreaking ‘tube expansion method’, a first-ever.
